Our BY-PASS OIL CLEANERS are widely used at Airports for annual oil changes on engine & hydraulic equipment including tugs, generators, sweepers, plant, baggage lifts, 4WD, fire tenders, ground support vehicles etc.

The list is quite endless, but basically IF IT HAS OIL WE CAN PROBABLY OFFER ANNUAL OIL & MAIN FILTER CHANGES, USING NORMAL MINERAL OIL.

Our AX150 AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION systems are used on all types of vehicles and fire appliances plus we can automate the lubrication of baggage carousels and air-bridges.

Again...IF IT MOVES, WE CAN PROBABLY LUBE IT... and for alot less than the cumulative cost of manual lubrication.

Our clients include just about every major airport in the UK AND just about every major company involved in airport support services.



Once installed the carousel ran much quieter and produced noticeably less metal swarf. To date there have been no breakdowns. Carousel maintenance now simply involves weekly topping up the oil reservoir.		Prior to automatic lubrication the engineer would spend at least 30 minutes weekly per carousel applying oil to the rollers with a paint brush. (In many countries un-metered lubrication is now illegal).



During operation the airbridge can rotate through 330 degrees and rise 5 meters above the ground. Additionally the outer and inner sections retract within each other by more than 12 meters. These operational parameters were met by our design team and installation completed to the satisfaction of the airport.		The autolube system comprised 32 grease points supplying pivots and rollers plus a brush lubricating the chain controlling cabin rotation for aircraft docking. Airport maintenance estimate payback time for the autolube system at 10 lubrication intervals, equating to approximately 18 months.
