The AX150 Autolube has been used to provide wheel flange and axle box lubrication on trains.

Below is a diagram showing a wheel flange lubrication system. Tiny amounts of finely misted Bio-Degradable oil are sprayed onto wheel flanges leading to dramatically reduced wear and eliminated track screech.

Reduced track screech is particularly appreciated in surburban locations, which tend to be more twisty leading to accelerated wheel flange wear.
